I think they are delicious and help me up my calories and protein without weighing me down too much! I really recommend them.]]></description>

Sadly, my dietitian told me to stick with meat and not change my diet so extremely until I recover. I understand though, taking out or adding in an entire food group is a pretty big deal! I believe fish is very, very healthy though.
And yes, i do have a calorie goal. I just got a new one today actually so my menus are gonna be looking a little different! I start eating 2400 calories tomorrow. and then next week 2800.]]></description>
