Japanese Food and ANTM

I am really, really tired so you’ll have to excuse me if I am not myself in the post! However, what I may lack in personality tonight, I will make up for in pictures. I took LOTS of pictures today, haha.
I slept in pretty nicely this morning, although I do remember feeling my cat attacking my feet begging me for breakfast. She is such a hungry little kitten, but I don’t blame her because I’m always hungry when I wake up too. Today I had a Thomas’ English Muffin with a very generous pat of Brummel&Brown spread. On the side, I had peaches and Stonyfield Farm vanilla yogurt (perfect combo) along with my dark chocolate Carnation Instant Breakfast (lets call it CIS from now on, shall we?)
Heyy… I finished my biology project
I am relieved to get that out of the way. When I was done, I had a delicious combination of an apple and almond butter. I made the almond butter myself at HEB. I feel like a champ.
At 2 PM, I had to see my nutritionist. DUN DUN DUN (suspenseful music)… did I gain weight? I did, I did! FINALLY some REAL progress, you guys! I gained very close to a pound. It feels nice that my hard work and abuse to my stomach is paying off. However, I have to up my calories by 400 more.. blech. I hope that one day, I am no longer a slave to calories. I know that day wil some day come. I also want to start referring to calories as “energy”, so that I think of them in a healthier way. On my way to the nutrionist’s office, I had lunch! Lunch was vegetarian chili, Ezekiel bread, and grapes. Oh, how I hate eating in the car. My lunch box is super cute though, hahaha.

I had to see my pediatrician after I saw my nutritionist, so today was just a day full of doctor’s appointments. Everyone at my doctor’s office said I was glowing and looked really good
My pulse and blood pressure has improved as well! My brother and I decided to take pictures instead of read my 1984 novel for English. I’m going to read all day tomorrow though! I’ll make up for my irresponsibility! Ohh and I had a fortune cookie during the appointment.

By the time we left the appointment, it was 5, and we had to be at my friend Emma’s house by 7 pm for the season finale of America’s Next Top Model, so we looked for the best restaurant nearby. I picked out Matsu. I used to go there for sushi all the time, and I forgot just how delicious it was! I had some miso soup and a California Roll.

6 PM: “AAAH WE ARE RUNNING SOOO SOO LATE!” But we still had to go yogurt shopping (and believe me, we yogurt shopped. We came out of the market with 2 bags full of yogurt containers) and went to rent another one of the “8 Films to Die For” movies. This time we rented Autopsy, which I will watch sometime tomorrow.
I believe that Allison should have won ANTM. She is the one who deserved it because she truly is a fantastic and talented model. I am not just saying this because she is my best friend’s sister.
While I was at Emma’s house watching the finale, I ate some strawberries, veggies, and a banana bread LaraBar. As always, it tasted just like the flavor it was supposed to. Amazing. Oooh, I also had the pleasure of meeting Celia (another ANTM season 12 contestant), who was visiting Allison tonight. She is even more beautiful in person and is also a talented model. Here was the usual weekly ANTM watching crew! Emma (Ali’s sister) is the pretty blonde girl laughing in the VERY back.
My mom’s car wouldn’t start when we tried to leave Emma’s house, so we had to get a ride from Emma’s English teacher, who was at the finale party. Embarassing! I don’t know what is going to happen to our car, I assume my mom will have to get it checked out tomorrow. When I got home, I had to force down another “CIS“. Oh, I felt so sick and full. Today was set up really weird. Since I had an early dinner because of the party, I had to somehow fit in 3 snacks before bed time. The last bed time snack was not worth taking a photograph of, but it was very delicious. I had 2 mashed up Weetabix biscuits with a 1/2 c. of Almond milk. I popped that into the microwave for 35 seconds. It was simple but comforting to my stomach.
I am EXHAUSTED! I’m going to go to sleep. Tomorrow, I am going to work hard on reaching all my energy goals. Goodnight all.
