aww i’m so happy for you!! intuitive eating is the hardest thing to do, and once you get there, ED takes the backseat
sooner or later, it actually falls out of the car and you run it over!
sorry for that lame analogy!
and congrats on the “punctuation!” i still haven’t gotten mine back although i’ve gained almost all of my weight back! it doesn’t make sense!

Congratulating you on each individual achievement would take forever as there are so many of them crammed into a four minute video, so I’ll just say that you should be so proud of yourself. You are wise beyond your years and I wish you every success in your future, which looks brighter than the Sun.

Hehe, I just did a video post too! So fun right? Although, mine’s definitely not as wacky and professional as yours, (you can’t even see me properly!) love the dancing! You make the best videos! I’ve missed your posts, but I’m so glad to hear that you’re in such a happy place! I’m also envious of your closet, mine is a wreck. I basically have no warm weather clothes now that I’m back home after being in Hawaii–they are all either awkward fitting or awkward looking or I just don’t like them anymore!

I also love this because you’re unbelievably gorgeous, and who doesn’t love to stare at pretty people?? Especially ones who appreciate the joys of Ikea’s organizational genius as much as I do.
I’m curious about this “intuitive eating” thing. I’ve pretty much moved on to eating what sounds good when I want it and I guess “intuitively” knowing what I need, but there are a lot of books and special diets floating around too that call themselves “eating intuitively” and I find that kind of an ironic name for a diet lol. Just general musings….
You don’t need to apologize or feel bad at all for not blogging as much! (if my blog is any proof haha) You deserve to, and we all want you to be out living life to its fullest, not staring at a computer screen. As much as I love reading your posts, you’re healthy and that takes top priority.
